Who We Are

We are The Melody Crafters, a provider of instrumental music lessons for children and young people. We have been contracted by Djanogly, Confetti & Bluecoat Aspley to deliver lessons to students.

What Information We Collect

• Student's full name
• Year group/class
• Instrument they wish to learn
• Parent/guardian name and contact details (email, phone)
• Any relevant medical or learning needs (optional, only if relevant to lessons)

We collect this information to:

• Organise and deliver instrumental lessons
• Communicate with parents/guardians
• Ensure student safety and tailor lessons to individual needs
